What We Offer
The SJCC Event Center has worked with numerous event planners, people and businesses, to help bring their special occasions to life!
We offer 2 different event rooms for rent. We have a 3,500 square foot event room that comfortable seats approximately 150 guests, and we have a 5,000 square foot event room that comfortable seats approximately 280 guests.

Fee Schedule:
The 3,500 square foot room

Monday – Thursday: $170 per hour (except holidays)

Friday: $195 per hour

Saturday: $195 per hour

Sunday: $195 per hour.

No rentals before 1:00pm on Sunday's.
The 5,000 square foot room

Contract & Deposit:
-
In order for your reservation to be held, a signed contract and a 20% down payment must be in place to secure your proposed date.

The 20% down payment is non-refundable (this down payment will be deducted from your total cost).

$200 refundable deposit will be added to your total cost. This deposit will be refunded if the event center is cleaned, and your event has end at its scheduled time.
