Contract &
Down Payment :

In order for your reservation to be held, a signed contract and a 20% down payment must be in place to secure your proposed date.

The 20% down payment is non-refundable (this down payment will be deducted from your total cost).

$300 refundable deposit will be added to your total cost. This portion is a deposit will be refunded to you if the event center is cleaned, and your party has exited the venue at its scheduled time.
What We Offer
​We offer 2 different event rooms for rent. We have a 3,500 square foot event room that comfortable seats approximately 150 guests, and we have a 5,000 square foot event room that comfortable seats approximately 280 guests.
